  1. How Do You Ship My Order?
    We ship using either FedEx or USPS depending on the size of the order. Orders usually ship within 48 hours.
  2. Do I Get A Tracking Number?
    We provide tracking via email to the email address you provide during Account Creation.
  3. I Don’t See My Order Email?
    Please add sales@orderdistro.com to your email contacts, this will ensure you receive our emails to your inbox, also check your spam folder for our emails.
  4. Is There A Minimum Purchase Amount?
    We don’t require you to make a minimum purchase.
  5. Where Can I Find My Tracking Number?
    Your Tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. You can also find the tracking number by clicking on your My Account tab then click the Orders tab.
